Delivery Policy:
NailDress offers the following delivery options for the specified delivery regions:
NailDress utilizes SF Express for all delivery services.
*For delivery services to other overseas regions, please inquire with us. #Order subtotal refers to the amount after deducting used shopping coupons, member cashback, other discount offers, and shipping fees.
* Free delivery service does not include additional fees for remote areas and import taxes* incurred by overseas orders. Customers will be responsible for these charges.
**Import Taxes: Our product prices do not include any taxes, customs duties, or value-added taxes imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any value-added taxes levied by the destination country. If required by the destination country, customers are responsible for completing import customs clearance procedures to facilitate the release of the delivered goods.
Delivery Time:
NailDress operates from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Hong Kong Time, GMT+8, excluding public holidays). If the payment is successfully confirmed before 9:00 AM on a working day, we will process and arrange for shipment within one to two working days. During sale periods, holidays, or inclement weather conditions, orders may require additional processing time.
The delivery time will be influenced by shipping arrangements, weather conditions, and local holidays or festivals such as Christmas, Lunar New Year, Easter, etc. The actual delivery time will depend on the delivery efficiency of the shipping company, and NailDress will not be held responsible for any delays caused by these factors.
Once the order information is accurate and the shipped goods arrive at the SF Express pickup station/intelligent locker, NailDress will not be responsible for any arrangements made by SF Express thereafter and will not assume any liability.
After payment for an order is made, the delivery address cannot be changed, and NailDress will not be responsible for any errors in the address provided on the order.
