RETURNS POLICY

Reasons For Return/Exchange Include:


  • Product color, pattern, and material not matching the website description.

  • Logistics issues.

  • Purchasing errors.

  • Product defects or quality issues. 

Non-defect Range For Jewelry:

As 90% of our products are handmade, the following situations are not considered defects:

 

  • Color variation: Due to display differences, there may be slight color variations. The actual product color should be considered accurate.

  • Minor glue overflow or unevenness in gemstone setting: Most jewelry pieces are handmade, and there may be slight residue or unevenness in some gemstone settings, which is considered normal and not a defect.

  • Size discrepancy: There may be slight measurement differences due to variations in measurement methods. Deviations of 0.5-1 centimeter are considered normal.

For NailDress:

If the products you ordered have defects or damages (not caused by your own misuse), or if the products received are different from your order, or if the delivered quantity is incorrect, you may return or exchange them within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

Returned/Exchanged Products Must Meet The Following Requirements:

  • The product should be intact and undamaged.

  • All accessories of the product should be intact and undamaged.

  • The product must not have been used.

  • The packaging of the product should be intact and undamaged.

  • The condition of the product should not affect its resale.

*For overseas orders, except for defects or shipping errors, returns or exchanges are not available.

Return/Exchange Process

Please ensure that your order meets the requirements for returns or exchanges. Within 7 days from the date of receipt, please submit a return or exchange request via email, stating the product(s) you wish to return or exchange and the reason. Once we receive your request, we will confirm the details with you and arrange for SF Express to pick up the returned product(s) from the original delivery address.

 

For packaging the returned product(s), please prepare a separate bag and securely pack the product(s), delivery note or order, and send them back to us. Please do not use the original transparent packaging bag of the product as the outer packaging for the return, to avoid the product getting lost during transportation.

Once we receive the returned product(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in proper condition. After confirming the accuracy, we will notify you of the result and provide further instructions via email.

All costs associated with returns or exchanges will be assessed based on the reason for the request and the condition of the product(s). If, after inspection, we determine that the product(s) do not meet the requirements for returns or exchanges, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the shipping costs incurred due to the return or exchange.

 

*If a consumer wishes to return or exchange a product due to purchasing errors (non-defective item/incorrect shipment) and desires to exchange for a different color/ product/ product type, they will be responsible for the shipping fees. Please make sure to contact our customer service representative to confirm the desired replacement item before securely packaging and returning it to us. Upon receiving and confirming the returned product, we will send the replacement item using the "payment on delivery" method (shipping fee approximately HKD $30 - $50) (Kind reminder: Once the replacement has been made, returns cannot be processed.)
